About NMIMS-LAT

The NMIMS National Law Aptitude Test (NLAT) is the entrance examination for admission to the B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) and B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) integrated programmes offered by SVKM’s NMIMS Kirit P. Mehta School of Law (KPMSOL), Mumbai, and NMIMS School of Law campuses in Navi Mumbai, Bengaluru, Indore, Hyderabad, Chandigarh and Ahmedabad. Approved by the Bar Council of India, NMIMS School of Law delivers high-quality legal education that combines rigorous academics with practical exposure. The curriculum is designed to develop strong legal reasoning and professional skills through case-study discussions, classroom debates, moot court exercises, and compulsory, credit-based internships. Students gain a deep understanding of the law along with opportunities to engage in experiential learning, preparing them to excel in diverse legal careers and real-world legal practice.

The program blends Humanities with Law, helping students understand how Political Science, Economics, Sociology, and History shape legal systems. It includes Critical Thinking, Legal Writing, Moot Court Internship, and Professional Ethics, along with optional foreign languages to build strong international communication skills.

This program combines Management and Law, offering subjects like HRM, Accounting, and Statistics to show their influence on legal practice.
